The One Who Leads

This past week, Pastor Sammy Frame delivered a riveting message that both educated and inspired us. He started with an amazing historical tidbit: during an accident in a 1957 nuclear test, a manhole cover might have become the first man-made object to reach space. Who knew, right?

Pastor Sammy used this story as a springboard to dive into our spiritual lives, reminding us that while we often strive to be ahead in life, Jesus is always one step ahead of us. Drawing from Mark chapters 2 and 3, he shared stories where Jesus challenged the Pharisees’ strict Sabbath rules, showing that compassion and life are more important than rigid laws.
